Quality Management

Developing a quality management system (QMS) to a specific quality standard, such as ISO 9001:2015, is essential to developing an effective customer focused business with an underlying culture of quality. If this culture becomes a way of life, you are one step closer to supporting and achieving your business’ needs and goals.

A QMS developed with Metacullis will be user friendly, business scalable, flexible and easily auditable. Once in place all the quality based initiatives, such as corrective/preventive actions (CAPAs) management, Continuous Improvement (CI) activities, customer satisfaction and audits, to name but a few, will be managed as ‘day to day’ activities.

Risk and Business Continuity Management

A key part of any companies’ business-related activities is Risk and Business Continuity management and the subsequent ability to manage (mitigate) any risks thus providing confidence to all stakeholders and interested parties that risks are under control and being well managed.

Metacullis can help you develop your own custom built risk registers and risk mitigation tracking tools. These documents can then be incorporated into your QMS and, ultimately, be used as key management communication channels.

Organisational and Professional Development

If the goals of the organisation are to be met and, ideally, surpassed, it is essential that key competencies are embedded in the organisation and the individuals there in. The only way this is possible is to develop effective staff through training, mentoring and coaching.

Metacullis mentoring can help your staff achieve the organisation’s goals and, in many cases, their own personal objectives. Training can be provided using Metacullis’ own material or more specific training material can be developed as per the client’s requirements.
